Tour of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, followed by a BBQ at the President’s home
Everyone has heard of Wimbledon
Now you have an opportunty to attend a tour of the world famous venue, AELTC, on Saturday 2nd August, including the museum. Beware of the Wimbledon shop!
Afterwards you are invited to join the President and his Consort, Corinna, at their small home for a BBQ, or you can just attend the BBQ and skip the tour.
Parking is no longer available at AELTC, therefore we suggest travelling to the AELTC by public transport:
- from Southfields district line station and a 20 minute walk
- from Wimbledon mainline station then catch a 493 bus or taxi
Everyone can return on the 493 bus or taxi to the BBQ.
Not sure if children can go on the AELTC tour, but they are most welcome at the President’s home. Please ask the President and give the age of your children.
