The Club is run by its Governing Body. This is made up of our President, Vice Presidents, Officers and other elected members. There is a separate committee for the elected Representatives of the Ward Clubs who are in Associate Membership of the club.

The United Wards Club of the City of London is a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales with company number 13848835 and is governed by a board of directors, known as the Governing Body, who operate under the Articles of Association of the company.

The Governing Body consists of

  • The Senior Vice President
  • The Junior Vice President
  • The Honorary Treasurer
  • Six elected directors

There are five committees that deal with various aspects of the club’s activities

  • Finance & Investment Committee – Chaired by Geoffrey Berry
  • Marketing, Membership & Public Relations Committee – Chaired by the Junior Vice President
  • Events Committee – Chaired by the Senior Vice President
  • Civic Committee – Chaired by the Senior Vice President
