Annual General Meeting
I {name-1} of {address-1-street_address} being a member of The United Wards Club of the City of London (the “Company”) and entitled to vote at general meetings of the Company, hereby appoint the Chairman of the Meeting or the following person(s) (see note 1)

as my proxy to exercise all or any of my rights to attend, speak and vote for me and on my behalf at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 5.45pm on 16^th March 2026 at Guildhall in the City of London and at any adjournment thereof. I direct that my proxy will vote (or abstain from voting) on the Resolutions set out in the Notice of  Annual General Meeting at his or her discretion  On any other business which properly comes before the  Annual General Meeting (including any motion to amend any resolution or adjourn the meeting) the proxy will  also vote or abstain at his or her discretion.
