Private Tour of Westminster Abbey and supper

Private Tour of Westminster Abbey and supper

We have the opportunty to visit this “Royal Peculiar”, the church used for coronations since 1066.

The evening starts with us attending the Evensong

at 5pm

Don’t worry if you are not a Christian, you are still welcome to attend,  just make sure you show due respect by, for example not wearing a hat if you are a gentleman, and stand or sit when everyone else does.  It will give you an insight into the regular Abbey services.

After Evensong we will have a private tour of Westminster Abbey, led by The Right Reverend Anthony Ball, Canon of Westminster, thanks to the President’s wife who used to work at the Abbey.

After the tour we will either go to a local Italian restaurant for supper.
